Following an initial free consultation, I will develop a treatment plan that will be tailored specifically to you, your goals and your continued development.
Tools & techniques
We will work together using a variety of approaches, geared towards cultivating a deeper engagement and connection with your subconscious mind.
These range from traditional hypnotherapy techniques such as solution-focused or analytical hypnotherapy to NLP, visualisation and mindfulness techniques.
The work
During our time together, I will provide a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs without fear of judgment.
Between sessions, you may be provided with some tools and techniques you can take away and continue to work with at your own pace.
